Six years before the Roswell crash in 1947, a Baptist minister was called to a "plane" crash in a field to preform last rites, except when he arrived, the victims of said crash weren't human. Join us as we discuss this obscure story that sounds an awful lot like the Roswell crash of 1947

PATREON REWIND: Our favorite episode of the year! And don't worry, there's true crime involved

Explosive if true! We thought it was silly too until we researched! Probably one of my favorite episodes we've done. By the end? I bet you'll be a believer too! This conspiracy asserts that it wasn't the Titanic that sank, but her sister ship, the Olympic. Lillian presents the evidence and theories!

Sabine and Ursula were twins and shared a special bond. Though they lived apart in adulthood, they never forgot that special bond. So, when Ursula, who had been living in the States, suddenly went to Ireland to be with her sister Sabine, it didn't seem too odd. Until the pair took off in the wee hours of the morning without telling anyone. What happened next is almost beyond belief.

First released on August 7th, this patreon exclusive episode was one of our favorites. Willow did an amazing job on research and this is one of the more fascinating cases we've covered! Our audio has come a long way since August, but this one sounds pretty good! Thank you all! These episodes are a gift from our patrons to you!

Maybe not -the- first, but the first ever reported as such. Betty and Barney Hill were driving home from their honeymoon in 1961 late at night when Betty spied a bright, strangely moving light in the sky. When that light started following their car, Barney pulled over to take a closer look. What followed is a terrifying encounter that would make the Hills famous.

On August 17th, 1980, nine week old Azaria Chamberlain went missing in the Australian Outback. Her mother and father, Lindy and Michael Chamberlain had taken their three children camping. While Michael was grilling and talking to other campers, Lindy was getting her sons ready for bed. It was then she saw a dingo, an Australian wild dog, rummaging in the tent Azaria was in. When she frantically went to check, Azaria was gone and a few drops of blood remained. What happened next was a spectacle. It become one of Australia's most infamous murder cases. Lindy was convicted but that wasn't the end of the story. Did a Dingo really take the Chamberlains' baby girl?

The Horror House of the Cleveland Strangeler

Strangler (Final) mp3.mp3

Our last episode of this month's theme is truly gut-wrenching. One of America's most notorious serial killers kept the bodies of his victims (mostly sex workers and women struggling with addiction issues) in his yard, basement, crawl space and third floor. The house was in filthy, terrifying conditions and that's where he took an unknown number of lives.  And though the police had heard horror stories about Anthony Sowell before? They did nothing to stop it. TW/CW: SA, Violence
