Ernesto Miranda was arrested at his home and taken in custody to a police station where he was identified in a lineup. He was then interrogated by two police officers for two hours, which resulted in a signed, written confession. At trial, the oral and written confessions were presented to the jury. Miranda was found guilty of kidnapping and rape and was sentenced to 20-30 years imprisonment on each count. All of that was done without reading Ernesto his rights. He claimed then, that he didn't know what his rights were. Guilty or innocent, you should know your rights and invoke them and not incriminate yourself. The Miranda vs. Arizona case was one of four that went before the Supreme Court in 1966. These cases are the reason the police have to read your your rights when arresting you. Join us as we deep dive Miranda vs. Arizona.

It was on a youtube video where the mystery started. And it would end much the same way. Kenny Veach, a solo hiking enthusiast claimed to have found a strange cave shaped like the letter M. Youtube commenters encouraged him to find the cave again and film it, but he went missing the last time he tried to find it. Was it something sinister involving area 51 and government agents, or something more mundane, yet tragic. Join Lillian and Merris as they try to solve this mystery!
