HEADLINE: How to Find Lease Land for Farming and Ranching by Harmony Shepherdess 

* Stocking rate refers to the number of livestock per unit area. There are several ways of expressing stocking rates. The AgLease101 document can help determine how the stocking rate will be stated i.e. by “animal units” or number of animals or head (e.g. bull, cow, yearling, etc.) of livestock and weight of livestock to be grazed. Clearly specifying the stocking rate in the lease agreement helps avoid disagreements between both parties and maintains the quality of the grass stand. Setting pasture rent on a per-acre basis or a share of gain basis gives an incentive to the livestock owner to stock heavily which may not be in the interest of the owner. It is in the interest of both parties to develop a lease agreement that achieves maximum economic returns to all resources while maintaining the grass stand and quality.

* Negotiating a pasture rental rate can take many forms. Establishing the cost estimates for both parties can help determine upper and lower bounds when negotiating rental rates. Eventually one or both parties will need to reduce their return on investment desired in order to come to an agreeable lease rate or walk away from the lease.

* Cover Crop - I used deer food plots, checkout the ingredients. There is nothing wrong with what’s in that.

* This is an instance where you have to be flexible in these situations.

* Any type of clover will work it doesn’t have to be the pretty clover.

* So what’s wrong with triumphalism?

* I suspect that the enemy of triumphalism has a deeper problem, though. Triumphalism presumes there is something to be triumphal about. That would be the immense treasures of our Faith and its attendants: the good, the true, and the beautiful, wherever they are to be found; for these come from the Author of nature, who authored the supernatural order, too. Triumphalism also presumes that there exist evils over which we ought to triumph: the bad, the false, the ugly; sin, death, Satan; and their attendants — namely, whatever in the created order refuses to conform to God’s holy will. These ought to be hated, opposed, and combated, while God and all that stands on the side of God ought to be loved. There is no middle position, no compromise: Love of God implies hatred of evil and the will to triumph over it.

* The Church’s traditional liturgy sanctifies our time — the day, the week, the month, the season, the year. What is quite literally mundane and temporal is thus transformed into something heavenly and spiritual, an anticipation of our partaking in God’s own eternity.

* At this time of the Catholic year when we look to the end of time, and also to its beginning again with the first Sunday of Advent next week, I would like to take a quick glance at how four natural divisions in the solar year coincide with four Christian feasts, how the Church dates Easter, how the beginning of the Church’s year is determined, and, lastly, how our superior Gregorian calendar came to replace its Julian predecessor.

* “Praise Ye Him, O Sun and Moon” (Ps. 148:3)

* The four seasons are traditionally sanctified by the four sets of Ember Days, but there are also four feasts on the sanctoral cycle that touch upon the astronomical events that define those seasons, to wit: the Annunciation, March 25, corresponding roughly with the Vernal Equinox; the Nativity of John the Baptist, June 24, corresponding roughly with the Summer Solstice; the Conception of Saint John the Baptist, September 23, corresponding roughly with the Fall Equinox; and Christmas, December 25, corresponding roughly with the Winter Solstice. There is some variation on the exact dating of these quarterly astronomical events, and there are useful tables online, like this one, which give the dates with astronomical precision.

Lepanto Institute Twitter: been able to confirm that the demon idol Cindy McCain gave to Pope Francis is most likely the ogre-woman called Soyoko Mana, not the priest killer.  Soyoko Mana carries a knife and a crook to catch children, whom she eats. The basket of food on her back is what she collects from children hoping not to be captured and eaten by her. The distinctive style of hair on the idol, along with the basket of food and the flat yellow eyes make this the most likely identity of the idol. Aside from the knife, it doesn’t bear any other resemblance to the priest killer idol.

* Here is a description of Soyoko Mana: “This figure is distinguished from other ogre women because of her butterfly whorl hairstyle, which indicates she is not yet married. She carries a knife and crook and has a basket on her back. These items are used to catch her prey, children, and carry them away. Children are expected to provide food for her, and if they don’t, they are told she will eat them instead.”

* She went down to France at the end of the Revolution. 

* Notice how, in this paradigm, women no longer need to tend to their own souls. Their problems are always blamed on external forces. This is an important and common thread throughout the many varieties of feminism.

* The response we need to have toward feminism is…..NO.

* People are so worried about offending people and others so we don’t just say no.

* Eco-system - they try to micromanage and change everything for just one member, women.

* This has set everything out of balance. 

* Women are now suffering too b/c of this.

* Is feminism responsible for today’s gender ideology?

* Yes unhinged woman - coming from a world view in which woman is no longer a creature created by God but woman is something that can be made or become something that was or is.

* Becoming what someone wants to be is in the hands of that human being.

* First came the normalization of single career-women. Then, the normalization of married women intentionally without children. Then normalization of lesbian women. Then normalization of women roaming in and out of various forms of relationships or even just hook-ups. These share two underlying shifts. First, a reconceptualization of what a woman is, now ever more distance from her capacity to bear new life with a man. * It is speculation, it has never been acted upon. 

* It has not been enshrine in the doctrine of the Church.

* There is no authority to declare or consider an elected and generally accepted Pope as an invalid Pope. The constant practice of the Church makes it evident that even in the case of an invalid election this invalid election will be de facto healed through the general acceptance of the new elected by the overwhelming majority of the cardinals and bishops.

* Even in the case of a heretical pope he will not lose his office automatically and there is no body within the Church to declare him deposed because of heresy. Such actions would come close to a kind of a heresy of conciliarism or episcopalism. The heresy of conciliarism or episcopalism says basically that there is a body within the Church (Ecumenical Council, Synod, College of Cardinals, College of Bishops), which can issue a legally binding judgment over the Pope.

* The theory of the automatic loss of the papacy due to heresy remains only an opinion, and even St. Robert Bellarmin noticed this and did not present it as a teaching of the Magisterium itself.

* The perennial papal Magisterium never taught such an option.

* Every Bishop is a Pontiff - it literally means Bridge Builder.

* The Pope is the ROMAN Pontiff - 

* How are they connected?

* They are connected based upon the limits of Papal Authority.

* John Paul II - you had moderate progressivist during this time.

* You can criticize these things today.

* This isn’t the first Catholic Land Movement, it was tried before and failed.
