“Thus do we see Catholic Answer’s “Senior Apologist” Jimmy Akin gamely defending, in a recent article, the perfectly insane idea that Catholics, led by the Pope himself, should participate in a “commemoration” of the “Reformation” with faux Protestant clerics, including loony lady “priests” and “bishops,” who reject not only foundational Catholic doctrines and dogmas but even the natural law respecting marriage, procreation and sexual morality in general.”

This is what the real danger is, again, not protestants but protestanISM as it has taken the external revolt against the transcendent teaching authority of The Church and made it an internal quest for many including Pope Francis and very well known English speaking Cardinals and Bishops. This threat is real and is already imperiling millions upon millions of souls; souls that if no corrective is applied, will stand scarred and not filled with Grace at Judgement. That’s not me saying this, that is part of what was revealed by Our Lady of Akita:

“[T]he Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord. The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. Mandeville, LA – Sorry George Washington, You’re Not Wanted Here – Christ Church in Alexandria VA has evicted its two most famous benefactors, Robert E. Lee and George Washington because they are costing the church “parishioners“. How ironic that in “celebrating” the 500 year anniversary of Luther’s revolt, many ‘Murican Protestants find themselves victims of the never-ending revolt it began.

While acknowledging “friction” over the decision, the church’s leadership said the twin memorials, which are attached to the wall on either side of the altar, are relics of another era and have no business in a church that proclaims its motto as “All are welcome — no exceptions.”

Let’s focus on what is really at work here: the rejection of a singular source of authority which is at the root of Luther’s revolt. As I write in my essay on The Kingship of Christ, the civilizational model that Christendom was built upon was a divinely inspired and regulated one. What replaced it, as a matter of fact, is/was not.
