Hour 3:  Madera Community Hospital could start seeing patients later this summer if a bankruptcy judge approves their new proposed deal. California State University faculty members at all 23 campuses, including Fresno State, are hitting the picket line for 5 days. The union is asking for a 12-percent pay raise, increased counseling staff for students and extended parental leave.
