Christa founded Cubicles to Cocktails in 2017 after experiencing gaps in her own ability to obtain professional + leadership development that met her needs. Conducting her own research and speaking with her peers, she discovered that many ambitious, millennial career women, especially women of color, faced the same issue a lack of development opportunities that address their unique career needs and the barriers they experience.
