Heather Welper is someone who has crafted a life she enjoys. From her work to magna wave to content creation, Heather spends her days doing all three. Heather and I met at Tarleton State University in 2017 and have stayed in touch. She is someone who is passionate about what she does and has a huge heart for kids that show livestock.
