In this prank, Darren "Whackhead" Simpson plays a father of a baby girl.

He calls customer service under the guise of needing help with his online banking.

When baby starts crying in the background, he asks the customer service agent to help keep her calm by singing Twinkle Twinkle. 

Much to dad's delight, the plan works and baby Kayla settles down. 

Just when they think they're in the clear, Rufus the dog begins to bark. And once again Whackhead turns to the friendly agent for help.
