Spring has just about sprung and it's time for another hit of your favourite craft beer podcast, Daftaboutcraft, THE craft beer podcast! 

Rewind to 2024 and both Daves were blown away by a new brewery putting out excellent pales. Dark Element Brew Co proved the hype was real with a stunning first year of brewing, and the man behind the magic, Tom Kendall, joins us to discuss how the year has been, as well as enjoying some birthday beers to mark the occasion! 

Another brewery celebrating a milestone is Cloudwater, who have turned ten this year. To mark the occasion, the Manchester giants have put out six birthday beers. Are they hype, or are they tripe? There's only one way to find out . . .

Brew To Me takes in a trip to Lancashire with Turtle Head Brewing Company, who not only brew good beer, but donate to charity and have a very moving story to tell. Our Brewery may have featured on a previous episode, but Dave B hadn't tried their beers, until now!

We start 2025 with a returning guest, but this time he brought beer! A lot has changed for Dan Harvey, aka Radio City Beer Works, since we last spoke to him in October 2022. The brewery has gone from strength to strength and Dan brings us up to speed with all the changes.

Ho ho ho! It's time for your Christmas instalment of Daftaboutcraft, the craft beer podcast!

Dave D and Dave B must have been good this year, as they finish on a high with some awesome beers courtesy of Oxfordshire-based Bman Brewery. Alex Berryman is the man behind the beer and tells us all about how Bman came to pass.

Brew To Me only has one beer, but it's a doozy, as Twisted Tree Brewery continue the Oxfordshire theme with a corking stout that both Daves sample.

Track Brewing Co has just celebrated its tenth birthday and marked the occasion with some collab beers. Two of the Dipas get the Hype or Tripe treatment, with mixed results.

In our latest bonus episode we chew the fat with Ben Balla-Muir, sales director for Only With Love Brewery in Lewes, East Sussex.

After a busy summer on the festival circuit, Only With Love are now in collab mode and also starting to gear up for dry January, which is anything but dry for them given their range of alcohol-free and low-alcohol beers, together with calorie-free sodas.

Ben tells us all about the brewery, his journey in the beer industry and discusses some of the biggest challenges he has faced in the workplace.

It's Halloween! And what better thing to do at Halloween than mess around with pumpkins! We might not be doing any carvings but what we're doing this time is trying not one, not two, but three pumpkin beers from those Sheffield legends Abbeydale Brewery, whose pumpkin spiced ale Pilgrim was first released in 2017 and now forms the backbone of the trilogy we're sampling. Joining the original are Twilight Pilgrim, a pumpkin spice latte stout and Imperial Pilgrim, an 8% pumpkin spiced ale. Are they Hype or Tripe? There's only one way to find out.

Dave D drops in on one of the Brew Barn Sessions down on the farm at Spitting Feathers in Cheshire and during his visit with Kam from Beer Guide Worldwide, the pair have a chat with Rik who tells us all about the latest goings on.

We have an award-winner on this latest episode, as we're joined by The Brand Weaver, who recently celebrated success at The Brewer's Congress in London when scooping top honours for his work with Vale Brewery in Buckinghamshire. If you thought branding was just about having a funky logo, Tim Weaver sets the record straight!
