Today's episode, well, actually ties into what I was just talking about. Right? Shining your light for others to see and embracing energy being shared with you. That's because today's episode is about overcoming fears. So get this. Every single person is afraid of something. To some degree, we all experience fear. All of us.

So mastering your mindset, can it be done? Almost seems like a clickbait kind of title, doesn't it? And I didn't mean it that way, but many of us want to learn how to master our mind. But I'll be honest, I don't know if we can. I don't know if mastering our mind is actually in our realm of possibility.

So today's episode, it's all about focusing on the controllable. Yeah, that's right. You heard me correctly. Focusing on the controllable. Now, the reason I really wanted to focus on this particular subject in this episode is because many, many, many times we do not focus on the controllable.

We are all faced with challenges in our life. We all are. I have challenges. You have challenges. Your neighbors, your family, your friends. We all have challenges in our life. Sometimes those challenges are small, right? It's like I'm struggling to put on the sock and maybe they're bigger challenges. Things with relationships, with family members. Regardless of the challenges, we have big, small, medium, whatever. We all face them. They do make life interesting because no one's story is alike.

What matters to you? Do you know? Are you sure you know what it is? Now these last couple of weeks, I don't know if you noticed a theme popping up throughout a couple of episodes, but it's clarity, just being clear and knowing different parts of our life and things that matter to us. And so today's clarity the focus I would love to have you look at or to have clarity on is what matters to you. Do you know what that is? Are you clear on what matters to you?

How do you talk to yourself? Are you kind, loving, compassionate? Are you in the middle of the road, not Yay and not boo? Or are you judging yourself? Are you angry? Are you telling yourself that you're worthless and weak and bullying yourself? Which one? Are you supportive in the middle or not supportive and tearing down almost all of us, myself included. We're the last option. We beat ourselves up. We tell ourselves that we are worthless, that we're weak, that we're not good enough, that we're stupid.

I want to talk about something that I don't think we've really talked too much about, and that is feeling fatigued, feeling exhausted, feeling tired. I have to tell you, there are days that I feel exhausted. I am just wore out through and through, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Just there's nothing left. Maybe you have days like that. Maybe you experience moments, hours, days, weeks, even maybe longer where you feel just 100% exhausted. There's nothing left in your tank. You feel fatigued.

I have this question for you and I want you to be brutally, brutally be honest with yourself. And that is are you making excuses? Yeah, that's right. Are you making excuses? I don't know how many times I've asked myself that. And I can flat out lie to myself, no, you're not making excuses. And I might be saying that, that I'm not making excuses and feel that it's true when I say it outside, but inside, in my heart of hearts, I know something's off. I know that you are making excuses.

I want to talk about one specific obstacle. This is something many people struggle with, and that is rejection. The feeling of you're not approved of people don't like you. People don't want to be around you. You're not worth it. It can be incredibly hard. It can be disheartening. It can be frustrating when you are putting yourself out there and someone doesn't seem to approve of you or want to join you.

Today's episode, I want to chat about something that hopefully all of us are doing and share a story around it. And that is stepping into your purpose. What is your purpose? Why are you doing what you do? Why are you here right here, right now? This is a big question, and many people ask themselves this, but very few people decide to really answer it.
