Hey Energizer, have you ever felt attacked, maybe directly, maybe indirectly, or passive aggressively, or whatever, but have you ever felt attacked? I know I have, and sometimes more than others, but there's been a number of times, it's not just once, a number of times I've been attacked throughout my life.

 In today's episode, I want to just invite you to go for a walk. I just want to invite you to go for a walk. It could be a short walk It could be you know, like a little five minute walk somewhere.

There are signs of what direction I should head, or things I should do, or choose now, you know.

Some of these can be really obvious like a slap in the face, some of them not so much. It may be a little more nudge but I've noticed more and more when I become what I'm aware of them when I choose to keep an eye out for myself.

Not just you, but the think of a person in your life. Whoever it is, family, friend, successful person, not successful, they're all gonna fail. I'm going to fail, and I have failed many, many, many times.

I want to share a technique and strategy that's really helped me be more efficient throughout the week, especially as we're starting this week. 

You can maybe already do something like this, which is awesome, but if you haven't, I invite you to give it a try. Now, I created something called an A -B to -do list. So it's like your normal to -do list, right?
