There is positivity everywhere. Every single place we look there is positivity there We just have to look for it at times. We might have to dig a little bit deeper for it We might have to scour around, and you'll be a detective, but I can almost guarantee every single place has positivity there if we allow ourselves to see it and that's what today's episode.

Try to do new different things, things that force you to step out of your comfort zone. Maybe they don't force you. They're already out of your comfort zone, so then you choose to step outside of it and take it on. 

And that's kind of what today's episode is about. Well, it's a portion of that. About going too far.
