There is a counterfeit subconscious belief that God is this loving entity, like Santa Claus, who just sits around all day waiting for people to ask for a wish to be granted. That his only joy is in bestowing blessings upon those who fervently ask for them. Even Job in the Bible, thought that God lived to serve him. I think that I will one day write a book about what I am learning from the life of Job.

This morning on our Daily Gratitude Call, I learned more about God than I feel I could have on my own in private study and meditation.

I have seen God as a partner, as a loving Father, as a benevolent Being who is all powerful and all knowing. But until this morning, I had never truly seen God as ONE with me, and I with Him.

There is a unique way that, with Him IN us, we get to serve humankind. Our natural gifts and talents, amplified through God’s Omniscience and Omnipotence, have the power to heal and uplift humanity. We, collectively, each living in our unique gifts, as One family, with Him IN us, have the power to save the world.

We have been taught to surround ourselves with people who we want to become like. Who better to surround ourselves with than the Angels, Christ and our Father in Heaven. 

Christ and the Father are One. We read this repeatedly throughout the scriptures. For example:

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.  Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” -St John 14:6-10

If we are One, (interesting that I chose to capitalize the word “One.” I feel it is like a name of reverence because God and Christ are included in that name I take on myself) then our will and the Father’s will are the same. We only choose to do the Father’s will because it is the same as ours. We would not want anything else, because in being out of alignment with the Father, we are out of alignment with ourselves, holding back only ourselves as we rebel against the Father.

Unity – it’s not just me – I am not alone. We are moving together as a unit, a whole body with a head, a heart, a soul, feet and hands that are one in purpose for our own benefit and for the benefit of the whole eternal family.

Today, I give myself permission to be One with God

• God knows what’s next
• I know God
• I am One with God
• I desire to experience all that God desires for me
• I choose to be the fullness He knows of me
• I choose to be One with God and Ch

I have been doing my Daily GPS for about 7 years. Some days I get a tiny “shortcut” that is easy to accomplish in a few minutes. Other times I get a huge vision of a completed project that is not humanly possible to accomplish in one day.

I used to get upset if I couldn’t check my shortcut off by the end of the day, and would feel that I was obviously somehow inferior because God wouldn’t give me a vision that I couldn’t complete immediately.

I have since matured to understand that the complete vision always gets me excited and motivated to move, and move fast! I need the full vision to kick me into action. 

A huge vision takes time to complete. It’s perfect, because the extra time gives me many more days of Daily GPS moments that build the vision brick by brick. The finished product only vaguely resembles the original vision. My conclusion is that the vision I see in the beginning is what I think I want. What actually gets created is what I really needed. 

God knows what I need to see in the beginning to get me started. He also sees the finished product. But that version wouldn’t motivate me because it isn’t what I think I want. It is only through consistent asking, receiving and applying that the finished product is built. 

The result of consistency in any area is a predictable outcome. Consistency in movement, nutrition and good sleep habits is predictably…better health. Consistency in returning to center, being in alignment with Christ every day is predictably…the ability to feel centered in Christ through challenges. Kids love consistency! Our consistency early on, and pointing out the predictable results to kids, helps them be on board with the systems we create that continue to produce predictable outcomes. 

Consistently following intuition produces evidence that we can trust our intuition. Having that consistent outcome is really valuable when we need to rely on and trust our intuition during a crisis. There is no worry, fear or doubt because we already have consistent evidence.

I Give Myself Permission to Be Consistent

• I am honest with myself and others
• I get right to the task because I desire a predictable result
• I am creating evidence of a predictable result with my consistency
• My life is so much easier, now that I am consistent
• I am producing a consistently positive result as I maintain consistent effort

I am so grateful for people I trust to be real with me. This resource of proven credibility is invaluable as I do my research into implementing next steps in my business and my life. With honest feedback, I can create with the fewest mistakes.

A couple more invaluable tools are the Permission Process and our Daily GPS. Our emotions let us know when we are in need of a shift.

Just like an airplane pilot makes continuous shifts to keep the plane on track for the desired destination, we get to constantly make shifts to stay on our best path to the ultimate destination we desire.

Access to Success starts with a desire to be successful. We may have, all our lives, experienced failure, abuse, scarcity. But seeing another person be successful, can be the spark that is needed to believe: “If they can do it, I can too!”

Because of the power of influence that other people’s success has to wake us up to the possibilities, it’s best to be grateful and happy for others’ success, rather than resentful or jealous.

The best books and mentors who teach on abundance, promote hanging around successful people, if we want to be successful.

Mary, on our call spoke a powerful testimony of the hand that God has had in her life in providing the opportunities for her to wake up to believing that change was possible, through the examples of others.

There really is no excuse for mediocrity in our society today. We have books (ebook, print and audio), youtube videos, scriptures, audios and meet-ups available. Most of these are free or extremely inexpensive!

When we arrive at that ultimate destination – standing before God giving a report of our lives here. There will be no excuse for not knowing, and not doing our absolute best for achieving the highest level we are capable of. We have access to what it takes to create success. Now it is just up to us to Ask, Receive and Apply.

• I know where I can learn
• I follow my inspired shortcuts
• I believe Christ and I trust God
• I ask, receive and apply my new knowledge
• I am in partnership with God and He knows the way
• I am confident in Christ

I am super grateful today for the clarity I have received on my direction that keeps me on my Purpose Path. I have received a spiritual confirmation – that feeling that you just KNOW it ‘s right!

My thoughts went to Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane, when He took upon Himself all the pains and sins of the world, and in a moment of physical weakness, asked for the cup to be taken from Him. But…he still submitted to the Father’s Will. 

Christ knew the magnitude of the benefit to all mankind in fulfilling His Purpose, and He was also aware of the devastating cost if He failed.

He is my perfect example, when I have a moment of mortal weakness. My fulfilling my Purpose is no less important than Him fulfilling His. The Purposes are different, but just as important for my own eternal salvation and the salvation of those I guide and serve.

When I receive a spiritual confirmation of a shortcut that will help me serve in the highest way possible, my desire is to go and do as quickly as possible. If I take time to doubt if I can, or try to figure out why that might be my inspired shortcut, or even to try to find a way to keep my anonymity, I am wasting valuable resources of time, energy and the power that comes from immediate obedience.

Our immediate faith-filled action will be perfectly imperfect. God can use any effort for good. Try it and see what God can do

• Christ just was and did. I follow His example
• I Follow my perfect example by acting when I am moved by compassion
• I am ready to move as I receive spiritual confirmation
• I ask, I receive and I apply what I have received
• I courageously act on spiritual confirmation without regard to the outcome
• This is between me and God

Yesterday, my kids all came over for Sunday Brunch. This is a new tradition we started because I was spreading myself too think trying to take myself out to them individually. It became easier for me to create a space where everyone could gather at one time.

I still love doing fun things one-on-one with my kids. And now, I have a solid standing invitation that is building a tradition that helps them come to me!

Today is Memorial Day. It seems appropriate to mention that there are many of us who feel that our time-honored traditions of freedom are threatened. When our traditions are threatened, we feel personally threatened. In our world today, some of our historical figures who gave their lives to liberate us and give us the freedoms we enjoy today, are being blotted out in the history books. Statues to commemorate significant events in our Nation’s history are being replaced with more contemporary ideals.

Rather than adapting our history to fit what we find attractive in the moment, if we want to maintain the freedoms we enjoy today, it’s important to learn from our history and never forget! Traditions is what keeps those memories alive.

We all have a responsibility to be a catalyst for change. The traditions, patterns and habits we create for ourselves will produce a result. The change that we begin affects us, our future posterity and even helps free those who came before us.

Our choice to change, to be more in alignment with true principles and the proven path to freedom, creates a ripple effect that affects all of humanity.

I Give Myself Permission to Inspire Change

• It costs nothing to speak up
• I start the cycle of change and change happens
• I change me to align with the highest truth
• I honor traditions that have stood the test of time
• I honor traditions that perpetuate freedom for me, my family, my community, my Nation
• I am grateful for where I am and for all those who helped me to get here
• I know where I am going and I know how to get there
• I remember the consistent growth that comes from stepping out and reaching up
