Just before our Gratitude Call this morning I was looking over some notes I took at a Mastermind a couple months ago. I was pleased to see that almost all of the action items I had highlighted for myself had either been accomplished or were well in motion.
I am an avid note-taker. So the fact that I jotted down some action steps was no different than other courses I have taken. The difference this time, was that even without going over the notes (this was the first time I had looked at them since the mastermind), the action items were being checked off.
The conclusion I came to was that I have become emotionally and mentally intelligent to the point that I only choose to take in what is critically important that I incorporate into my life and business. Every move is deliberate.
All of this was tangible evidence that I a moving toward my goal to be in integrity with universal laws, my purpose and the highest version of me.
It’s so exciting to see reality coming into view after only seeing something created in the mind. I feel in a small degree like God and Christ must have felt when the earth was formed, complete with all Life existing independently of them. Stepping back and saying, “it is Good.”
Tangible evidence could be a major life accomplishment, or it could just be celebration of a small achievement. One participant on the call commented that she has always wanted to have gatherings in her home. She started by having gatherings in others’ homes and last night, graduated to hosting a dinner in her own home!
“I don’t think Heavenly Father wants you to just endure this life.” -Stacy Taniguchi (an amazing guy who created a 100 List of adventures, finished it, and is still counting)
It’s awesome when we can look back at our adventures and accomplishments and see tangible evidence of the commitment we have given to life.
I loved what Susan said on the call, “I am evidence that my limiting beliefs are not true” When we have a limiting belief come up, ask if it is true. Then look at who you are, who you have become and are becoming. I bet you will find evidence that they are not true.
Scriptures are tangible evidence of experiences of the prophets and others who lived before. I believe that is why so many of us look to scriptures to find truth. Tangible evidence supports the truths we can come together on.
My gratitude journal is a great source of tangible evidence I can look back on to measure my growth.
What can you find as tangible evidence of your growth?
New Ideas to Consider
- I am growing daily
- I am creating habits that are designed to produce daily growth
- I allow myself to grow
- I love recording my progress and celebrating the tangible evidence of my achievements
