A man has attacked children at a primary school in Beijing, wounding 20 of them.

Authorities say all the children are safe and were taken to hospital. Three were seriously injured.

US government shutdown continues

Trump is threatening to declare a national emergency in the US if he doesn't get his way over a border wall with Mexico.

The threat comes as a partial government shutdown over the wall enters its third week.
