The world doesn’t happen TO the beinoni.

It happens for and with the beinoni.

The beinoni MEDIATEs the space between impulse and response. Because I am NOT you- I can HOLD you.

He doesn’t identify with his trigger. He feels it and sees it but he doesn’t become it

And yes- part of being a beinoni

Is that it’s HARD to be a beinoni

But I don’t give up and put my hands up

And say “I guess I’m a rasha”

Just because it’s hard

We keep fighting. Cuz we know this is our essential truth. The fact that it’s HARD is as DIVINE as the goal itself.

U aren’t failing. You are engaging with you sacred divine mission.

I never surrender my crown.

TYH. true light does not fear the darkness. Noticing: how do I feel about my own internal children? How do I feel about my parts? are there “parts” of me disguising themselves as “self”… from the view of my chochma- of mindful, loving, curiosity… how do I see this moment?

Can I allow my healing to come from a place of wholeness instead of brokenness? Can I see every part of my emotional experience and details of my story as valuable and essential and even PRECIOUS parts of the bigger picture pf hashems unity and His love. There’s infinitely more things to talk about in this conversation… especially what the AR just brought up about the tzadik engaging with life like a child feels towards his parents … #innerchild. Understanding the consciousness of Tzadik (aka- what true reality actually is!) empowers us to do the avoda that we are created to do. Triggers become tools. And moments of darkness become opportunities to be with hashem within them. There is never a moment that will be asking you to turn yourself against yourself. There is never a moment that is an exception to AIN OD. TYH.
