The world is not dualistic. Everything is working FOR the Oneness, not against it. Your inner world is not dualistic either. There is nothing inside of you that is working against you. When we have the awareness to see our inner world, animal soul (anxiety, fear, numbness etc.) included, as the most delicious and divine creation of Hashem… being created now… FOR ME, not against me… everything shifts.

Animal soul says- I need this to make me whole. Godly soul says- because I am whole- I desire this. Godly soul does not desire god to “complete her”… the desire for hashem is the godly souls most natural state. Being one with hashem is being one with ourselves.
