It’s time to start noticing- is this my animal soul fighting my animal soul ? Or is this my godly soul? “Moach shalit al Halev” is not when we compulsively try to control ourselves. It is the state of being in which we are sitting in the THRONE of our soul. Where our divinity and worthiness and aliveness and breath and ability to CHOOSE is not up for debate. It is when we have access to the state of expansiveness LIGHT… and light does not FIGHT darkness. When light shows up- darkness sees itself for what it truly is. Godly soul isn’t afraid to differentiate between godly soul and animal soul… (“this is a part of me” vs. “this is me”) bc godly soul/ self knows that this is actually what the animal soul desires!!! To finally be seen through the lens of our godly soul. To finally “belong”. To finally have a mother. When our godly soul shows up, our animal soul finally has what she always wanted …. A mother. A home. God. TYH.

This is so tremendously powerful. Hashem. Ily. Thank You for being mine.

The rasha is blended with his parts. No differentiation between me and this experience. When a rasha FEELS his past… where did I come from? When did I start feeling this? … The rasha automatically has a differentiation between ME and the feeling. I am not the totality of this experience. I am the one feeling it. It is our natural state to be in a state of choice and breath. When we aren’t, it’s time to feel. Sending so much love and the palpable feeling of hashems arms enwrapping you fully with so much love in this exact moment.
