I'm starting to think that the whole #balance phenomenon is an excuse for people to be #justplainlazy in regards to their health and fitness. I preach balance and I want you to find your happiest, healthiest and most confident self without having to flip your life upside down. But you don't get there by using balance as an excuse for everything. I want you to stop giving excuses and start leveling up! That means doing your workouts, whether it be at home or at the gym. That means eating nutritionally dense foods 80% of the time and that means showing up for yourself even when it feels hard. If you're trying to reach goals, lose weight, and gain confidence you have got to put in the work and stop using #balance as an excuse for everything!
We're going to get real, raw and honest today about what can be considered balance and what is just plain lazy!
