Dan started his career at the ICEE company, rose rapidly through the ranks and led the company as President and CEO for 25 years during which he took ICEE from a regional business to a nationally known brand, distributed broadly across a wide-ranging customer base and loved by devoted brand fans across the U.S.

As the parent company of the ICEE brand, J&J Snack Foods appointed Dan President of the company in 2020 and then subsequently, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
