Today's all about the good and the bad.  Good: peanut butter pretzels.  Bad: taxes.  Good: being the king of American cycling.  Bad: politics.  Good: the aforementioned king of cycling winning a congressional gold medal and Daniel writing a book about it.  However, the pretzels contain potassium benzoate.  That's bad.
