In this first episode of 2021 I am talking about the gift of a fresh start. I share a few tips on maximizing the beginning of a new year, new month and new week. Last year was transformative and so many of us are ready for change and committed to showing up differently. I'm already celebrating all the progress you are going to make this year.

In this final episode of the year, I'm saying thank you and goodbye to 2020. I am ending the year a little vulnerable and sharing one of my hardest experiences this year and some of lessons that come through pain and disappointment.
