In this post of Dare2Talk, we discuss mindfulness and just being without judgment. It is important that we take time to practice non-judgment and non-action and recognize our feelings are there for a reason. Sometimes it is nice to step away and go for a mindful walk, do some yoga, or to take a moment and sit with ourselves in the quite.
