Dark Discoveries

Jimbo, Jackae, and Dustin are at it once again.  Jackae derails the episode before it begins, so what was originally gonna be a normal episode just turned into a round table discussion as only the three of us can.  Enjoy!

Jimbo and Dustin conclude their review of the life of Lizzie Borden

Jimbo and Dustin are joined by Jason Bond from the Tragedy of Cinema Podcast to discuss the true story of one of the most famous attempts at robbing a bank, and the aftermath of the life of John Wojtowicz.  Also, you can head on over to the Tragedy of Cinema podcast, where Dustin will be joining Jimbo and Bond as they review the movie Dog Day Afternoon, a movie which is based on this true case starring Al Pacino.

Jimbo, Dustin, and Jackae are joined by two very special guest this episode.  First we have Amalia Lynn Howard, a playwright and actress who has a true crime dark comedy play based upon Belle Gunness' life named Hell's Belle.  She is also cast as part of the play as Belle's sister, Nellie Larson.  This play's world premiere will be at the Shelton Auditorium by the Southbank Theatre Company April 23rd-May 3rd.  Secondly, we have Lisa Marie Smith, who is an actress that has been cast in the lead role as Belle Gunness.  On this episode of Dark Discoveries, we are  joined by these two ladies as we discuss the true story of Indiana's first serial killer, Belle Gunness, who lured men to their demise, collecting insurance, and maybe...faked her own death and disappeared from history.

Jimbo and Dustin continue their series on the life of lizzie borden

Jimbo, Dustin, and Jackae are excited to be part of Podcasthon 2026!  This is where a large number of podcasts come together and do a special episode for charity.  The charity that we chose was The National Center Missing and Exploited Children.  We  highlight a missing child at the end of each episode.  Some episodes we center entirely on a missing child and have titled those: The Forget-Me-Nots because we believe that every missing child needs to not be forgotten, but that their stories may be told.  Our greatest hope is that one day, because of our podcast, that we can reuinite a missing child with their family.  If you see something, say something.  And as always, remember, the deeper you dive, the darker it gets......

Jimbo and Dustin continue their series on the life of Lizzie Borden

Jimbo, Dustin, and Jackae are back with three stories.  Dustin takes you on the Poop Cruise, Jimbo charters the high seas to the Floating Brothels, and Jackae brings some stories of people using alligators as weapons as well as tossing them thru drive thru windows.  Sit back and relax and enjoy this episode.

Dustin and Jimbo continue their series on the life of Lizzie Borden

Jackae, Dustin, and Jimbo are joined by special guest Laura Krell, owner of Lorelai Productions.  Laura's vast knowledge of French history is exceptional...so exceptional that we tossed aside our notes and just let her take over the show about the Mutinous Women.  This is an episode you wont want to miss!!!
