On today’s date, you’ll write a love letter to your future self.

This is a form of vision casting, and it will prime your current self to take the action steps to make the vision you wrote about a reality.

It’s also an opportunity to speak to yourself with love and encouragement, and if you can increase the kind words that you speak to yourself, you won’t need anyone else to cheer for you.

In this episode, I give you lots of prompts that you can use to get started with your letter, and I give you examples of how to use the prompts.

Don’t overthink this. Just write from your heart and treat it like a love letter. Your future self will be excited to read it.
