700 years before Jesus was born, Isaiah described Him in stunning detail. Today’s reading includes the fourth Servant Song—one of the clearest Old Testament prophecies of the life, death, and resurrection of Christ. But it’s not just about Jesus. These chapters are filled with comfort, hope, and a call to make room for more. The servant suffers, Israel sings, and God speaks with resurrection power to those still in exile.

• Isaiah 52–55 marks the end of Isaiah’s second major section—words of comfort as Israel stands on the brink of returning from exile

And if God can bring Israel back from exile, He can bring you back too. Make room. Stretch your tent. And trust the Servant who still carries our sorrows today.
