We believe Black History Month is to be celebrated all year. Today, we celebrate black-owned businesses in the DC area.  

Mike sits down with Eamoni, aka The Vibe Queen aka The Traveling Beer Babe of Right Proper Brewing. Eamoni is an independent artist who works to share stories of women and people of color in the DC beer industry. Eamoni tells us about the black-owned businesses in DC that deserve all the recognition. 

Jacob returns to his conversation with Justin Cox of Atlas Brew Works to conclude their discussion on the woes of distributing DC beers to other states. Justin then tells us about the exciting beer collaboration with Miles Gray, a pillar of the DC beer scene and founder of Smith Golden Rule. Look for the release of the Jobs & Freedom IPA around the end of February.
