Whether you’re just starting out or already further in your journey, the road of an entrepreneur is a crazy ride of ups and downs. But it’s so important to remember that as you pivot from a freelancer or side hustler to a business owner and CEO, you will not be able to sustainably scale up to the seven-figure mark without showing up and leveling up in a big way. Because the road to seven figures feels bigger and is bigger, and it means bigger money, bigger risks, bigger challenges, bigger failures, and bigger rewards.
In today’s special episode, I am reflecting back on my road to scaling to seven figures and giving insight into some of the biggest takeaways that I’ve learned along the way. I’m getting raw and real on topics including why you need to stop putting pressure on hitting arbitrary milestones, how to take back your joy by letting go of the timeline, and why hustling and strategy alone won’t get you to seven figures. I’m also speaking on realigning and reevaluating your internal beliefs and values so you can sustainably scale to seven figures and beyond.
In this episode, we cover…
“ Remember that you’re building the rest of your life and a lifestyle, not just hitting a business milestone, so don’t lose yourself in that along the way.” - Amanda Kolbye

Do you have a course or want to create one for your business? I don’t blame you. So many entrepreneurs want to add a course to their offer suit. Why? Because courses are an amazing way to share your expertise, service a wider audience, get your message across to the masses, and make passive income. Courses are a powerful way to grow your business. But courses are also a lot of freaking work, and sometimes what you create doesn’t go as planned.
In this episode, I’m talking to Ariel Schiffer, founder and CEO of Dream Pro, a boutique course design agency that offers DIY solutions as well as done for you services for entrepreneurs and small businesses that are looking to either create a brand new course or revamp one of their courses.
We talk about everything under the sun related to courses and unveil some really unique perspectives and angles on approaching, creating, and executing your next digital course. Ariel is not just giving you five steps on how to build a course today --she’s sharing all kinds of great tips, including when you should start incorporating courses into your offer suite, why feedback is so important, plus the most common mistakes that she see business owners make with their courses.

If you've been an entrepreneur for any amount of time, you've probably been victim to the emotional and financial roller coaster that is: launches. Don’t get me wrong, launches can serve a great purpose, but they are also highly unpredictable. So why put ourselves through the overwhelm when we can scale with consistent, high-value, high-ticket clients using evergreen programs?
In today’s episode, I am talking to Rose Radford, TEDx speaker, business strategist, and coach for women wanting to unlock their income potential online through high-ticket evergreen programs. We’re talking specifically about how to grow your business sustainably and predictably by ditching your dependence on launches and going evergreen with a high-ticket group coaching program.
Rose gives us all the details and tips on scaling your business with high-ticket evergreen programs, so you don’t have to rely on continuous launches. She covers how to create an engine to fuel incoming leads, ways to overcome mindset blocks and strategies that come up when selling high-ticket vs. $100 offers, the value of going through a launch process once, plus tips for balancing the time commitment of running a high-ticket evergreen program.

Do you think it’s possible to get what you want? Well, it absolutely is. But when you tell yourself that getting what you want is so far down the road or only possible for others, you create distance between where you are now and what you desire. This self-sabotaging of your desires only serves to hold you back from receiving what you want and affirm the self-limiting beliefs you are telling yourself - whether you realize it or not.
In this episode, I’m breaking down the reasons why you’re terrified of getting what you want, why that fear often leads to self-sabotage, and how you can get out of your own way to reach your goals. I’m also walking you through a few of the internal thought processes that can go on behind the scenes, plus how you can claim what you desire when you a) get crystal clear on what you want and b) start understanding how you’re holding yourself back from your desires.
In this episode, we cover…
“In defense of avoiding pain, we stay in limbo, or we stay status quo.” - Amanda Kolbye
”This fear of failure, this fear of claiming what we want and not getting it is a huge reason why we self-sabotage. And a huge reason why getting the thing or getting clear on the thing that you want can be terrifying.” - Amanda Kolbye
“The reality is that no matter what it is that you want or desire, you always have options. The question is, what are you doing with the options? Are you using them? Are you telling yourself the lie that you don't have any options in front of you?” - Amanda Kolbye

Have you ever wondered why some people have that magnetic presence, and whatever they do ends up getting 10x more results than everyone around them? Well, I can tell you it’s not some magic potion they’ve taken, nor does it mean you have to work extra hard to reinvent the wheel to get magnetic X factor results. You do need clarity, a little brainstorming, and the confidence to own what makes you and your methods unique.
In this episode, I will help you uncover what makes you unique so you can figure out your X factor and skyrocket your business with ease and stop selling with force. I talk about why so many people struggle to figure out their X factor, what makes up your X factor, and why you might be too close to see what your X factor is. I’m also sharing easy-to-understand examples of doubling down on your X factor, and I’ll provide you (as always) with actionable steps to help you get clarity and really own your stuff.
In this episode, we cover…

‘It's simply about choosing, owning, highlighting. It's about positioning and owning where you naturally thrive and how you deliver.” - Amanda Kolbye
“It's about you choosing that thing that you want to highlight and really claim to be your own, and start to build that magnetic energy.’ - Amanda Kolbye
“In order to be magnetic and really own your X factor, we want it to feel natural. We want it to look natural, we want it to flow, we want it to be this magnetic, thriving energy that just so naturally exudes you and what you're about and why people want to come to you.” - Amanda Kolbye

Pivoting in your business doesn’t have to be scary. Pivots are a necessary part of being a business owner. As entrepreneurs, we are always evolving and flowing. We have to adapt, we have to grow, and we have to learn to let go of things that no longer serve us. But sometimes, we're so close to our business, that it can be really hard to decipher when it's the right time to pivot, or really what we need to do.
In this episode, I am walking you through the seven biggest signs that it’s time to pivot in your business. I’ll go over what pivoting looks like, walk you through some relevant examples, and give you actionable steps on how to move forward. You can't stay doing what you're doing if you're not getting the results that you want. If a pivot is on the horizon for you, there are options to consider and actions to take to keep that forward momentum --and none of them include staying stuck where you are.
In this episode, we cover…
“Really start to define what you're chasing after so that you don't start chasing after ghosts. If you're overwhelmed, burned out, what would be fulfilling? What do you need? Because once you figure out what you need, you can figure out how to pivot and realign to support that.”
“Remember that what served you in the past doesn't always serve you forever. And it doesn't even have to be broken for us to need to make some changes. So really get clear on what you want and allow that to be your guiding light and your filter for what is going to work and what decisions you need to either keep going or let go.”
”Never pivot out of fear or lack or one-off events. Typically, that's when we need to persevere.”
“Typically, the reason we have so much resistance to changing or pivoting or even persevering is because of us. Not because of the business. It's because of our fears, our limiting beliefs, our ego, and what people are going to think.”
”The reason that pivoting and making changes and figuring out what to do in these situations is so hard is not because it's over complicated. It’s not because you don't really know the answer. It's because it takes quite a bit of inner work in order to take action and move forward.”
“You can't keep doing what you're doing the exact way you're doing it forever. It's not the nature of being an entrepreneur, it's not the nature of business.”
