Connect with Nicola: Nicola is a colouring book artist based in Kelowna, BC. She specializes in mandalas and draws inspiration from her yoga practice and her love of the natural world. Her intention is to inspire others to turn off the electronics and enjoy time connecting with their creative side. She is passionate about helping people find the tools to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Through the calming practice of colouring, her books provide an outlet to help decompress, reduce stress and anxiety, and find a sense of calm and inner peace.
