Dr. Kulkarni shares his journey of becoming a coach after feeling unfulfilled and unhappy. He realigned himself with his interests and wrote a book to help others do the same. He believes that inner work leads to inner excellence and eventually to outer excellence.
His evidence-based model is based on conscious awareness. The first step is to identify why you're unfulfilled, which he refers to as the limited self. The second step is to cultivate self-awareness by identifying your core values, limiting beliefs, and patterns. Finally, the third step is to align your thoughts and emotions with your values and align your behaviors with your definition of success.
Dr. Kulkarni emphasizes that conscious awareness is an essential part of his evidence-based model. He aims to transform the lives of 10 million people with his approach, with self-awareness being the core message of his mission.
