In today's episode, I'm so excited to be deconstructing the process I use to take big stages. As a part of this journey, I'm sharing with you my recent experience speaking at Giovanni Marsico's Changemaker event in Toronto.

Giovanni is the founder of Archangel and he asked me to take his stage on September 11th at their three day event. It was the first event they did live in almost two and a half years.

Of course, I was an absolute yes and in this episode, I'm going to share with you my process for everything that happened after that yes, so you can get a sense of all that I do — and don't do — in order to get ready for a big talk.
