In this guided meditation we'll work to include and integrate what are often felt as separate parts of ourselves: physicality/instinct, mind/cognition, and heart/emotion. As we practice integration we'll extend healing back to our influences of dis-integration to promote resolution and forgiveness, and we'll extend healing forward into our future choices and circumstances.
