Then, Dom welcomes in Dr. Marty Makary, author of The Price We Pay and the upcoming Blind Spots: When Medicine Gets It Wrong, and What It Means for Our Health, to gather his expert opinion on the ongoing discussion centered on President Joe Biden’s mental health. First, Dom asks Makary whether he believes Biden to exhibit symptoms of dementia, with Makary telling about ‘sundowning’ and multiple instances in public that’d suggest that questions should at least be asked.
