In today's episode, we discuss how client expectations start at the beginning of the design process. It’s imperative to build a good relationship with your client. Make sure you are open, honest, communicative, and direct. This will translate to more business in the future, through referrals or future projects.

Interior Designer's Business Blueprint   In today's episode, I sat down with Gideon Mendelson of the Mendelson group in New York.
