Continuing our discussion about the Kingdom of Heaven. There isa demonstration of God emerging out of this pandemic that will redefine the church and its position around the world. 

In todays podcast I will be talking about a presentation that was done at the Filling Station about the Kingdom of Heaven.

In the unveiling of our lives we encounter certain things in our childhood that leave an indelible mark on our soul. These unforeseen events can really hinder our growth and our ability to do things we are called to do. The difference is seeing these events as a part of our history and not something we have to bury and suppress over time.
The Japanese art of Kintsugi (too mend with gold) creates a restorative process in pottery that highlights the broken areas instead of attempting to hide them. 
Christ in us is the golden vein of redemption, and our history should show His works within us. The work of broken wholeness should never be something we hide. When shame was designed to bury you, Christ reversed that curse and highlighted the work of His enduring mercy on your life. 
You are no longer broken. You are no longer a broken vessel. You have a history. 

In todays podcast I talk about the vision of the church. Where it is now, and where we should be going in the future.
Too much of our time has been given to focusing on a Sunday service, in hopes that we can create a move of God that transforms our neighborhoods and cities.
I think we have allowed ourselves, for the most part, to function and operate solely as believers in the Church and not in the Marketplace.
We are part and parcel of the Kingdom of God but our identities have been shaped by Religion and not the Kingdom. It is time for us to become embedded in society to reshape the environment and culture for the Kingdom of God.

I wanted to give an update on the Filling Station opening a few weeks ago. The idea behind this new venture is to connect with others who know there is more but may have been afraid to ask the what, where, when and how.
Destiny Tribe was designed to connect solely with men but after further review I believe the Filling Station should also be available on this platform.
From time to time I will be speaking concerning what we are doing and any special events that are being made available at our location.

As part of one of the labs we discuss the life of Joseph and how God used the situations in his life to get him to the place God needed him most.
It is a remarkable journey and there are significant keys we can extract from his story that will help us navigate through the unknown seasons in our lives.
