In this episode Rozalina McCoy, M.D., M.S., associate professor of medicine and consultant in the Division of Community Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic’s Rochester campus, joins us to discuss developing care delivery models that support high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered, and equitable diabetes care.
