Rolling into our next movie in this resolutionathon, we're taking a look at a new movie in this same workout horror micro genre, the 2023 film Murdercise. According to our friend IMDB, Murdercise is summarized as: "Pheobe (Kansas Bowling) is cast in an aerobics video but she's unhappy with how everyone is acting. Isn't this a serious workout video? Then why is everyone acting so sexy on camera, like Candy (Jessica Flux), Nikki (Adriana Uchishiba), Monique (Victoria Dementieva) and Cassandra (Krystal Shay)? Oh Pheobe, don't you realize you're in a movie that started with a shower scene?"

Aerobicide
Director: David A. Prior
Starring: Marcia Karr, David Campbell, Fritz Matthews, some other in shape fuckers
January is a time for New Year's resolutions like cleaning up your shit, maybe stopping a bad habit like drinking or smoking, and another popular resolution - getting your fat ass off of the couch and losing some of that goddamned weight. This January we're kicking off a quartet of an unfortunate short sub-genre of horror movies - the killer workout, and there's no better way to start than with Aerobicide (aka Killer Workout) from 1987. If you enjoyed Deadly Prey, you're gonna recognize some of the same characters - and this one is summarized as: "Two years ago, a young woman named Valerie was burned after entering a tanning salon. Now, her twin sister, Rhonda, runs a local gym where, all of a sudden, people are being murdered."

Well, we're here to tell you that Peacock is a LIAR. Just like how they tell you raising your rates is to help service you better. Just know this, The Children are about kid zombies, and they put the hug of doom on you. And what the hell does Fred do with those kids on the regular anyhow?

We're wrapping up ninja November with the much requested ninja movie 3 Ninjas, where each year, three brothers visit their grandfather for the summer. He is highly skilled in ninjutsu, and for years he has trained the boys in his techniques. They meet 3 stoners, tons of non-ninja ninjas, and call hotties on their tin can telephones. 15 year old Sean would have rather taken his own life than watch this movie, so how does it hold up now?
