Coaches are of course human like everyone else. This means that they experience life related ‘issues’ like all other people - divorce, grief, losing their sense of self, financial stress and mental health concerns. Just because someone is a life coach does not somehow make them immune to such things - and neither does it for any other space holder too such as a doctor or therapist. Our guest on the show today is the amazing Di Braybrooke. Di has been coaching mums who have anxiety for more than a decade - and she also has anxiety herself. This is an amazing conversation for anyone who thinks having a mental health diagnosis precludes them from being a coach and the power of being open and releasing shame about our mental health needs.
