On today's episode, Jason gets things started by telling America why they need to come to grips with the fact that Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets are the best team in the Western Conference right now. Barring injury, the West runs through the Mile High City. Later, Super Producer Rob G (Robert Guerra) checks in to help make sense of the odd week that was for Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis. AD was in a bit of an emotional funk last week and the guys are starting to believe that it all stems from his name being involved in trade talks ahead of the deadline. Is it possible that LeBron James tried to flip him to Brooklyn for KD? If so, did the Nets make a mistake taking the Mikal Bridges plus picks package from the Phoenix Suns over a deal centered around the oft-injured Lakers superstar? Either way, it seems likely that if this Lakers team ends up missing the postseason altogether then Davis will get dealt in the offseason… perhaps even for Portland Trail Blazers superstar Damian Lillard.
