Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing two new sexual assault lawsuits filed in December 2024. The first lawsuit, brought by an anonymous Jane Doe, alleges that Combs drugged and raped her in 1991 during a charity basketball event in New York City. According to the complaint, the plaintiff was introduced to Combs at the event, where he offered her a drink that caused her to feel disoriented. The second lawsuit was filed by LaTroya Grayson, who asserts that she was sexually assaulted at Combs' "White Party" in New York City in October 2006. Grayson alleges that after winning a radio contest to attend the event, she consumed a beverage provided by the event staff, after which she lost consciousness. She later awoke in a hospital with no memory of the events, missing clothing, and signs of assault. Grayson claims to have experienced significant physical and emotional distress following the incident. Combs' representatives have refuted these claims, maintaining his innocence and criticizing the lawsuits as opportunistic attempts to tarnish his reputation.
