With trust in the Church at an all-time low, strong, biblically qualified leadership is essential for the church’s health and mission. We need elders/pastors who shepherd with integrity, offering spiritual oversight, and guarding the flock, and deacons who faithfully support them in meeting the church’s practical needs. These leaders aren’t seeking fame or avoiding difficult issues—they’re accountable to God and live out His standards with authenticity. When the church embraces this biblical model of leadership, it reflects Christ more clearly, fostering relational health, spiritual growth, and a community that thrives on truth and love. Following God’s design for leadership doesn’t just strengthen the church—it transforms it into a powerful witness to the world.
