We’ve all forgotten how linear time works, and spent an hour trying in vain to remember anything we did in the past week. “I need to derail,” is basically the subtitle of this one.

We succeeded in making the least listenable episode thus far, starting with a mess of an introduction, recaps of the pilot of ‘Council of Dads’ and ‘The Meg’ that no one asked for, and topped off with the fact that both Cori and Delia sound like they’re recording through a tin can. This one is, to quote Sam, “Just For the Fans.”

Brackets are ~hot~ right now, so we did a bracket in this one. It takes us an hour to determine that a good show is good, so this episode is the riveting material you’ve no doubt been waiting for.

We’re still here, and ready to shed the pretense of this show having any sort of structure or guiding themes. We chat for an hour mostly about things we won’t ever watch. Hey, y’all remember QWOP?

It was Easter, so we put a lot of effort into watching and talking about Trolls: World Tour, and really got lost in the weeds of it all. Regardless, Sam puts her history degree to good use and summarizes the plot of the movie by explaining World War II.

This one just escalates to Sam and Delia yelling at each other about fictional semantics, while Cori tries futilely to inject logic and calmness. So…the usual. Enjoy?

Also, the introduction of our Weekly Recommendations—this week, we’re each bringing a TV Show we’re watching in this, our plague year.

Happy first week of isolation! What have you been doing at home? We’ve been doing mostly the same things as usual: explaining outdated media to each other, berating Cori about the contents of her fridge, and a weirdly long discussion about the intricacies of doing puzzles.
