This book provide good advises and tips about intermittent fasting and strength training. While it is important to keep tabs on how your body is responding to intermittent fasting, it is doubly important to monitor your vitals during the initial phase when your body is adjusting to the new feeding times. Some discomfort is to be expected for the first three to four weeks, but anything longer or more severe should be discussed with a doctor as soon as possible.
