Another Blood Jet = Another Great Book

Another great book by A.J. Huffman. I've never come across another poet that writes so similarly to me (when I'm not writing crazy experimental stuff) as she does. I would recommend anyone who likes edgy, I-don't-care-what-you-think-of-me dark poetry to definitely purchase this book.It has some very beautiful imagery and an actual pith to the poems. Pith in poems is very hard to come by these days. Five stars? Yes.

Publisher: Regina Dee Puckett

Publisher's Summary:

A collection of poetry

Success' Sweet Perfume

In my field of dreams and optimistic plans

I have planted what-ifs, reveries, and I-cans

I watered them with my blood, sweat, and tears

And tilled each row with the jagged edge of my fears

Until one day I stood back and watched them bloom

And smelled the scent of success' sweet perfume

A great mix

A great mix: Falling by Regina Puckett

Let me just say; I think this was one of this authors best poetry books yet!

There's a good mix of poetry, some on relationships, dreams and weather. The other side, abuse of adults and children, this author touched sensitive subjects in this book. It gets you thinking and feeling, that's what poetry is all about. One line that is a favorite of mine; Still Stand so I can feel your heart

Where each beat will design my soul's art.

Just a taste of what you'll read in this awesome book. This author uses poetry to write about life. Download yours now to get a taste of what I think is her best work yet.

Titel: Romanzen II

Autor:: Heinrich Heine

Erzähler: Darina Dujmic

Format: Unabridged

Spieldauer: 32 mins

Sprache: Deutsch

Veröffentlichungsdatum: 06-04-15

Herausgeber: Audio Media Digital

Kategorien: Drama & Poetry, Poetry

(Heinrich Heine)

Meditations on mortality

Any additional comments?

There are 3 basic themes in The Storm Subsides. Most of the poems are about mourning and lamentation. Fewer are about a long life of struggle. Then a tiny number near the end are about finding peace and resolution. The narrator's presence fits the poetry's tone. Both his voice and the poetry are grim and threatening, intense and baritone.

Title: A Wishful Heart

Author: Regina Puckett

Narrator: Ariel Irene Bridges

Format: Unabridged

Length: 1 hr and 37 mins

Language: English

Release date: 05-21-15

Publisher: Regina Dee Puckett

Genres: Drama & Poetry, Poetry

Publisher's Summary:

A Wishful Heart is a collection of poetry.

"Into Flames and Ash"

A kind heart filled with words painted them onto a page

Turning each one into an artwork free from hate and rage

Each one of his words were created out of love, hope, joy and trust

A stunning masterpiece that remained long after the author's dust to dust

But someone read the poet's words and despised his wonderful creation

Not understanding that their meaning could connect our divided civilization

So the beautiful pages of rhyme were tossed away like useless trash

A moment of outrage turning a heart full of inspiration into flames and ash
