Jessica and Brendan's Walt Disney World wedding combined a Sea Breeze Point ceremony, Living Seas Salon reception, Baymax, Disney characters, an EPCOT dessert party, fireworks, and even rides on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure! In this Disney Wedding Podcast episode, Jessica shares exactly how they planned their Disney World wedding, what they spent their budget on, what they skipped, and what she wishes she had known before the big day. Jessica and Brendan chose Sea Breeze Point for their Disney wedding ceremony and Living Seas Salon at EPCOT for their reception, creating a wedding day that was unmistakably Disney while still feeling personal. Their celebration also included Pluto, Goofy and Baymax, caricature artists, a private first look, outside photography and videography, custom floral, a Disney dessert party at the France Pavilion, EPCOT fireworks, and post-wedding ride time for their guests. One of the biggest surprises? Jessica was able to request Baymax for the wedding—even though Disney doesn't provide couples with a public list of which characters are available. Baymax ended up meeting guests from a conference room at Living Seas (which he couldn't leave because of his size!), and he was still one of the most memorable parts of the celebration! Jessica also shares some fantastic Disney wedding planning advice, including: • Why Sea Breeze Point and Living Seas Salon were the perfect combination for their wedding • How they planned around Disney World crowds and spring break • Why they chose outside photographers and videographers • How they saved money on flowers, décor, invitations and favors • Why they prioritized experiences that could only happen at a Disney wedding • How they added Baymax, Pluto and Goofy to their reception • What happened when rain disrupted their EPCOT dessert party • How they handled Guardians and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure after the wedding • Why doing a first look and family photos before the ceremony was so helpful • What Jessica would do differently if she planned her Disney wedding again • The little wedding details she wishes she hadn't stressed over • Her advice for deciding what is—and isn't—worth the money at a Disney wedding If you're planning a Walt Disney World wedding or vow renewal, this real Disney bride's experience is packed with ideas and practical advice you can use while planning your own celebration. #764 Jessica & Brendan's Sea Breeze Point Wedding

Disney World wedding planning can feel overwhelming—especially when you're waiting to be assigned your Disney wedding planner. Annemarie and Francesca took a different approach: They used the Fairytale Weddings Guide to plan their entire Walt Disney World wedding while they waited, so they already had a clear picture of what they wanted when they began working with Disney. In this episode of the Disney Wedding Podcast, Anne-Marie and Francesca share how they planned their beautiful Epcot wedding, including a ceremony at the Japan Pavilion, reception at Living Seas Salon, and a dessert party at the France Pavilion. They also reveal how they kept their wedding guest-friendly while finding creative ways to save money. One of the most valuable parts of their planning process was a BEO-review consultation call with podcast host Carrie Hayward. Together, they went through their Banquet Event Order to identify opportunities to reduce costs and catch items that needed clarification or correction before the wedding—giving the couple extra confidence that everything was accurate and aligned with their plans. Anne-Marie and Francesca also share their Disney wedding budget priorities, why they minimized floral décor, how they saved money on their dessert party, their favorite menu and cake choices, transportation challenges, and what they learned about trusting Disney's planning timeline. ✨ In this episode: • Japan Pavilion ceremony at Epcot • Living Seas Salon reception • Epcot dessert party at Terrace des Fleurs • Disney World wedding planning timeline • Using the Fairytale Weddings Guide before being assigned a Disney planner • Reviewing a Disney wedding BEO before the wedding • Ways to save money on a Disney wedding • Choosing where to spend—and where to cut back • Disney wedding transportation and guest experience • Wedding cake flavors and brunch menu ideas • Tips for planning an Epcot wedding • Why you may not need as much floral décor as you think • What these brides would—and wouldn't—do differently View photos and full details from this Disney wedding here: https://disneyweddingpodcast.com/annemarie-francescas-japan-pavilion-wedding/ And click here to start planning your own Disney World wedding with the Fairytale Weddings Guide: https://fairytaleweddingsguide.com/shop/fairytale-weddings-guide/ #DisneyWedding #DisneyWorldWedding #EpcotWedding #JapanPavilionWedding #DisneyWeddingPlanning #DisneyWeddings #DisneyWeddingPodcast #WaltDisneyWorldWedding #DisneyWeddingTips #DisneyWeddingGuide

#760 Annemarie & Francesca's EPCOT Japan Pavilion Disney Wedding

Disney World wedding planning gets personal in this real Disney wedding story from Christina Rowe, who planned an intimate Walt Disney World wedding with her ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion, reception at the Whitehall Room & Patio, and welcome party at the Grand Floridian Marina. Christina shares how she chose her Disney wedding venues, why she changed her reception from St. Augustine Hall back to the remodeled Whitehall Room, and how she planned a beautiful celebration for just 16–18 guests. She also talks about getting ready together at the Grand Floridian, choosing photography and a content creator as major priorities, bringing her own real-touch flowers to Disney, and saving money with DIY décor. One of the highlights of the day was a visit from Marie from The Aristocats! Christina also shares details about her lavender wedding cake, custom Aristocats macarons, mimosa bar, Korean barbecue mushroom bao buns from Nomad Lounge, and the special Star Cruiser-inspired cake pops served at the welcome party. Plus, she gets candid about what went wrong—including a missing floral installation, a nearly incorrect dance floor, unexpectedly hot weather, and an important lesson about whether your wedding vendors will actually be allowed to eat the food you've counted them for. If you're planning a Disney World wedding or vow renewal, Christina's experience offers practical advice about choosing venues, budgeting, outside vendors, décor, entertainment, photography, food, and making the most of an intimate Disney wedding.
