We sat down with Kenneth — founder of Evolution Skincare and licensed esthetician — for a full interview that drops this September. But June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and one piece of that conversation couldn't wait.

Kenneth opened up about something a lot of men keep quiet. A season of deep depression that ran from mid-2025 into the fall. What started with a launch event that fell apart in real time turned into months of physical symptoms, burnout, isolation, and running on empty. He kept pushing. And eventually, he found his way back.
