First, The plaintiff brings her cousin to court and says they always got into physical altercations at family functions. She claims the defendant totaled her car and refuses to pay, so she’s suing for the balance due on a car. The defendant argues the plaintiff has been sending her threatening text messages, so she doesn’t want to pay.

Then, The plaintiff says she was married to the defendant, but his crack addiction broke her since he sold anything he could get his hands on to support his habit. She’s suing him for breach of contract. The defendant admits he was addicted to drugs, but he insists he’s clean. He says the plaintiff is suing prematurely

Plus, The plaintiff says he was a substitute teacher and when his home burned down, the defendant, one of his students, helped him out. Still, he’s suing his friend for unpaid loans and emotional distress. The defendant admits the plaintiff also helped him out, but he claims the plaintiff harasses him when he’s too busy to hang out.
