We're back to talking about movies again this week and we're diving in on another couple of interesting ones in this session. Drew's choice is M. Night Shyamalan's 2016 thriller/horror film, "Split". It's a movie with an intriguing concept and some pretty impressive acting. Kevin's pick is the 2018 Amazon original drama film "Beautiful Boy", starring Steve Carell & Timothée Chalamet. It's a story about addiction, recovery, and relapse and how it affects the people around you.

We had a lot to say about these two movies we picked for this week, which is why this episode is almost two hours long. we really dive in on these movies, plus we go off on a few tangents along the way. Drew's pick for this episode is the 2006 romance/comedy Wristcutters: A Love Story about the place people go after committing suicide. On today's edition of K&DTM, we've got a couple of killer movies to dive into. Kevin's pick is Stanley Kubrick's 1987 war/drama film, Full Metal Jacket. It's a movie that has some very captivating characters, some shocking scenes and some really funny dialogue at times. Drew's choice is the highly rated new film, Everything Everywhere All at Once. This 2022 sci-fi/adventure film, directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, is a whole lot of fun and the title says it all. It's funny, deep, action packed and it's just a brilliant piece of art.

It's time to talk movies yet again! Kevin's pick is Noah Baumbach's 2017 dramady film, The Meyerowitz Stories. It stars Adam Sandler, Dustin Hoffman and Ben Stiller and is a movie about family and how frustrating they can be. Drew chose Seven Psychopaths, a comedy/crime film from director Martin McDonagh about a guy writing a movie about seven psychopaths. With a great cast including Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell and Christopher Walken, it's a really fun watch. As usual, we mention some other flicks at the beginning and pick two more at the end.
