The Washington Commanders, in their first game without Jack Del Rio as defensive coordinator, take on the high powered Miami Dolphins at FedEx Field this Sunday.
We begin the show by learning a bit more about new secondaries coach Jim Salgado. He was recently hired in place of Brent Vieselmeyer and will look to make an immediate impact on this porous secondary.
We look at that secondary when discussing the Commanders defense against this fantastic Miami Dolphins offense, led by QB Tua Tagovailoa, WRs Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, as well as RBs Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane. How will we stop them? Can we stop them?
We then flip the script to discuss the Commanders offense, led by NFL passing yards leader Sam Howell and our offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy. Will we see more balance this week? Will we see Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson make multiple plays to keep up on this side of the ball? We dive into the Dolphins defense as well, featuring DT Christian Wilkins and CBs Jalen Ramsey and Xavien Howard.
We jump into our predictions, where the Commanders are 9.5 point home underdogs with an over/under of 49.5 points.

The Washington Commanders lost to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day 45-10 in a blowout in the largest viewed NFL regular season game of the season. A direct result of this loss led to coaching changes.
Jack Del Rio was fired the day after the loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Del Rio was here for 4 years, as was secondary/DB coach Brent Vieselmeyer, who was a buddy of Jack Del Rio’s. Was this enough to satisfy the fans? Should Ron Rivera have gone as well?
Speaking of Ron Rivera, he went to the mic to announce the changes and said a few interesting things that are highlighted by Amit this episode. Ron Rivera will now be calling the defense, he will not be involved at all with the offense, and he cited the snowballing that occurred on defense as the reason that this move needed to take place.
The Washington Commanders now have a few games left and are down 2 coaches. How will the rest of the season go? Can this team turn it around? Finally, what does “success” look like the rest of the season for this football team?

The Washington Commanders host the lowly New York Giants in a battle between 3rd and 4th place in the NFC East. The Commanders lost their first meeting on the road to the Giants by a score of 14-7. In that game, Tyrod Taylor started for the Giants. This time, it will be Tommy DeVito.
The Washington Commanders lost on the road to the Seattle Seahawks by a score of 26-29, which saw our team drop to 4-6 on the season. It was not without its positive takeaways though.
The Washington Commanders (4-5) travel to Lumen Field to take on the Seattle Seahawks (5-3) with kickoff at 4:25pm ET.

The Washington Commanders lost at home to the worst team in the NFL, the Chicago Bears, 40-20 on a short week. It’s an absolutely unacceptable result. Where do we go from here? What are expectations for the season? Are there any left?
The Washington Commanders return home after an OT loss against the division rival Philadelphia Eagles to take on the bottom dweller of the NFL, the Chicago Bears. We are wearing all black, just as the team will this Thursday at home!
