"If you are in danger and you gotta get the hell out of there.  You can't stay there.

Try to find a shelter.  If they are dangerous and they have acted dangerously towards you in the past, or threatened you with some sort of bodily harm, you could consider getting some sort of a protection from abuse action, or a restraining order to potentially have them removed from the house.
