Listen Later

In this episode, Ben covers the less discussed areas of entrepreneurship and business. Entrepreneurship and business can be challenging endeavours, with much of the focus placed on strategy, marketing, and finances. However, there are some less-discussed areas that are equally important, such as managing emotional responses. Entrepreneurs need to be able to handle stress and maintain a positive outlook, even in difficult situations. To support this, there are several mechanisms that can be used to deal with emotional responses.
The first of these is the use of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which provides an oxygen-rich environment to help reduce stress and promote relaxation. The second mechanism is jumping into cold water, which triggers a physical response that can help clear the mind and reduce stress levels. The third and final mechanism is using a sauna, which can help improve mood, boost energy levels, and promote overall wellness.
While entrepreneurship and business require a lot of focus and hard work, taking care of emotional well-being should not be overlooked. Incorporating these support mechanisms into your routine can help you maintain a positive outlook, manage stress, and succeed in your endeavours.
